Each letter in your custom name is an authentic photograph taken directly from nature. These are not digital designs, but real patterns found on butterfly wings—discovered and photographed by Sandved over the course of 24 years.

Fit for a Queen

The Butterfly Alphabet is not just a gift; it is a piece of art that has been admired by royalty. Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II was presented with her name spelled in butterfly letters on her visit to the Smithsonian Institution in 1976 as part of her six-day official Bicentennial of the American Revolution visit to the United States.
