The Man Who Found the Alphabet

Kjell Sandved was the Smithsonian's first nature photographer, known for his extraordinary eye for nature's hidden magic. Over 24 years, he traveled to 30 countries, meticulously photographing butterfly and moth wings in a singular quest to capture every letter of the alphabet.
