  J CARNIVOROUS LEAF, JAVA
This carnivorous plant from bogs and swamps in high altitudes of eastern Australasia catches insects with sticky droplets on stem and leaves. Reaching almost a foot in height, it is the only species of sundew with forked leaves ending in curved, sparkling tips as in this beautiful “J.” It has the reputation of being the most spectacular of all carnivorous plants.
